American Spirit Award Dinner

The American Spirit Award Dinner is a prestigious black tie event held each year in conjunction with the Indian Energy Solutions conference. The dinner unites elected Tribal leaders, corporate executives, union leaders and government officials in support of a common cause: education and value-based leadership development for American Indian youth. CERT recognized early on that educating our youth is an essential part of nurturing future Indian leaders.

Two awards are presented at the black tie gala, the American Spirit Award and the Mary G. Ross Award.

The American Spirit Award is presented to an Industry or Tribal Leader in recognition of achievements demonstrating the courage, conviction and capability characteristic of the spirit upon which this great nation was built.
